• Avoid placing your watch near devices that generate strong magnetic fields.
• Whenever possible, avoid impacts that could damage your watch or affect its operation.
• Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures or temperature fluctuations (sunlight, halogen spotlights, etc.).
• Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, mosquito repellents, or any other chemicals, as they could damage your watch’s components.
• If the marking “WATER RESISTANT” or the corresponding symbol appears on the case back, your watch has been tested for water resistance at a pressure of at least 3 bar, corresponding to a depth of approximately 30 meters. However, a watch’s water resistance cannot be guaranteed permanently. It can be affected by the aging of gaskets, accidental impact on the crown or crystal, and other external factors. We recommend having your watch’s water resistance tested by a Gucci service center once a year.
• Ensure the crown is always pushed back into its normal operating position to prevent moisture or dust from entering the case.
• Never operate the crown or chronograph pushers while the watch is wet or underwater to prevent water from entering the case.
• Use soapy water and a soft brush to clean metal, PVD, and ceramic bracelets; rubber, acetate, or GG Plus straps; and water-resistant cases. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any cleaning product residue. Never use harsh cleaning agents. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. • Always rinse your watch with lukewarm water after use in saltwater or chlorinated water (seawater, swimming pools). Used or depleted batteries can leak and damage the movement and internal components of your watch. It is therefore recommended to replace the battery every 18 months.

Gucci offers a 2-year international warranty on its watches, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate has been duly completed by the retailer at the time of purchase. This certificate must state the model name or number, the serial number, and the place and date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects resulting from faulty parts or manufacturing errors. For any service or repair, your Gucci watch must be entrusted exclusively to one of our boutiques or an authorized agent, or sent to the nearest authorized service center (a list of which can be found on the dedicated page). Gucci authorized service centers reserve the right to repair or replace parts necessary for the proper functioning of your watch.

The warranty does not cover:

• Battery replacement.
• Damage or defects caused by accident, improper use, or negligence.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear to the case, strap and buckle, crown, or crystal.
• Normal wear and tear and aging of natural materials.
• Use of the watch that does not comply with the general recommendations found on the following page.
• The watch, or any of its components, if it has been serviced by a third party other than Gucci Timepieces or its authorized agents.
